http://www.debian.org/ is reporting .dot files as application/msword instead of text/x-graphviz

The recent report of the outcome of GR2006-001 [0] contains a visual
graph of the results. Clicking on the graph returns the source for
the image [1], which is a text file for use with 'dot' (part of the
graphviz package [2]).

However, the web server suggests that the source's mime-type is
'application/msword'. Discussion on the graphviz-interest list from
2003 indicates that there is no registered mime type for this sort of
data, but text/x-graphviz is a suggested extension [3].

Of course, the '.dot' extension is also used by Microsoft Word for
their document template format, which explains its presence in
/etc/mime.types. However, since http://www.debian.org/ probably hosts
more graphviz files than MSWord Document Templates, i suggest that the
configuration of the web server be modified to match the expected use.
