As a long time "lurker", first time trying to be a commiter for
english pages (I usually only commit translations), I would like to get
approval for the attached patch. I added debianhelp.co.uk and two other
references, one for Wikipedia page about Debian and another one to
Debian Planet (maybe I should also add Planet Debian).
