Bug#215430: chinese pages don't build on non-i386
As you mentioned that executing /usr/bin/autogb is okay, could you
1. print the exit code of autogb by typing "echo $?" after running autogb
2. will it be tocn.pl that is the culprit? because it is the third command between the two echo statements in Make.lang.
