Please fix and update non-free-docs.html

Hi!

I found a typo right in the title of

  http://packages.debian.net/non-free-docs.html

s/Docoumentation/Documentation/


Moreover the page should be updated:

* bug#280673 is now fixed
* I filed a bug for diveintopython (#323687)
* maybe... www.debian.org pseudo-package should be added (bug#238245)...
