	Hello, Manuel. '+' is by far probably the only special character for URLs 
(not for the application behind them) that have problems in these scenarios, 
so please use %2B instead of it or through the BTS interface, that returns 
correct results. '+' is used in URL encoding to declare a blank space, so the 
URL is valid and the program behind http://bugs.debian.org/ receives
'sam deb@zoy.org'. There is nothing bad here.
