Jutta and me got finally around to finish this. The intended new layout
for the download table can be seen on my test pages at
http://packages.debian.net/ (to pick a random example:
http://packages.debian.net/unstable/admin/adjtimex)
If there aren't any concerns or objections to this I will use this
on the official pages in a few days.
