Some errors in hurd-cd page

Hello,

I was trying to install Debian Hurd using the CDs and following the
http://www.nl.debian.org/ports/hurd/hurd-cd.en.html page. I've found
some problems:

In "The next steps" section, it should say to `export TERM=mach` before
running ./native-install.

For editing, the page suggests nano, but nano is not installed at this
momente. It should suggest nano-tiny.

In the fstab example, it says "GNU drive name", and in the settrans
command it uses for the same thing "Hurd drive name".

It should tell us to copy /cdrom/upgrade/random to /dev before
running /cdrom/upgrade/install.sh because without it it's impossible to
install ssh.
