When I go to <http://www.debian.org/Bugs>, I get redirected to
<http://www.nl.debian.org/Bugs/> which is on a different server than
<http://bugs.debian.org/>. Check your dns server to see if it's resolving the
addresses correctly.

These are the addresses I get:
www.nl.debian.org.      86197   IN      A       194.109.137.218
bugs.debian.org.        3385    IN      A       128.193.0.4
