CD-Pages - HTML strict and new header

Hi!
It was not possible to make the pages valid HTML strict without
changind the head. As the header had to be changed anyway, I tried to
address the request, to make it more debian like that people do not
think, they are on another site.
Is it was possible to reproduce the difficulties finding some of the
pages there, I included a menu on the left. The tags are taken from
the bottom menu as the alt-Tags for the images in the old navbar were
too wide in German language. I think, to give an impression, how it
could look like with a menu, that is well enough.
Another change: I reduced the logo to the CD only. Else the head will
eat too much space in a smaller browser window or if people have
large font settings.
In hope, that I will not get conflicts, when commiting, I'll wait
until saturday for your comments or requests for changes. If there
are no complaints for now, I will commit the changes after 23:00 GMT
on saturday.
Sorry for the deadline, But I want to be ready with HTML strict at
about 1st of November. And if you want changes, I need some time for
them.
