After talking to Joey, I am going to begin to insert the missing p-
tags in the security-tree.
Steps go by year.
- - update
- - inserting the missing tags
- - build
- - validate
- - if okay, commit
At this time I do not care any other Errors with strict as the pages
have to be handled very carefully, I think.
As the errors seem to be mostly in the data files from the old form,
translators will see no changes in their files.
