www.d.o: S/390 port page update - please review



Hello,

The d-www@l.d.o list was alerted that the information on your port page
was outdated. I have done a basic update of the page as shown below.
Please review.

My feeling is that other information on the page may be outdated/obsolete
as well. It would be nice if someone more familiar with the port and its
history could review.
