Bug#318475: www.debian.org: $(HOME)/ports/hurd/hurd-install recommends to download upstream sources

As far as I understand the text, lilo might not be able to boot the
Hurd, but since it is not mentioned in the text, I would not talk
about lilo at all.

For grub and parted, they are needed in the *first* OS, i.e., before
installation. Since this text is posted on www.debian.org, chances are
good that this is Debian GNU/Linux. And I would be suprised if either
grub or parted would not be available there.

This is irrelevant, because this would only be relevant post-install,
but there parted is no longer a requirement.

Well, I think no, because at least the optional use of apt-get should
be documented here (it is later after Hurd-installation). Maybe both,
apt-get and the original download-site can be mentioned?
