Bug#319040: www.debian.org: english version of News/2005/20050708 does not contain link to translation

Some time ago I added Ukrainian translation of News/2005/20050708 and it
is now available from website, but english page does not contain link to
Ukrainian translation at bottom of the page (there is no such link on
some other translated pages too).
