I have replaced 'distrib/cd' on /sitemap.wml to only 'CD/'. AFAIK,
nowhere else, at least in the webwml tree, points to 'distrib/cd':

damog@wachita:~/Desktop/www/webwml/english$ egrep -i -r 'distrib\/cd' .
damog@wachita:~/Desktop/www/webwml/english$

Should we probably remove distrib/cd.wml now?
