Can't download nvu binary package from http://packages.debian.org/unstable/web/nvu

Hi,

It seems binary packages download page is broken if package version 
contains +

I can't download any binary package from http://packages.debian.org/unstable/web/nvu 

e.g. I press on link "i386" and go to 
http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/download.pl?arch=i386&file=pool/main/n/nvu/nvu_0.99+1.0pre-1_i386.deb&md5sum=dcbf83c0c29dcbe2bfd10dbc375cabf9&arch=i386&type=main

In this page all links to real deb packages are broken - I get

http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/n/nvu/nvu_0.99%201.0pre-1_i386.deb

instead of 

http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/n/nvu/nvu_0.99+1.0pre-1_i386.deb

Please fix this bug.
