It appears that packages.debian.org shows the package details page using UTF-8 and ISO-8859-1 encoding. Package description is encoded with ISO and the depencies are shown with UTF-8 encoding. This causes problems with f.ex. Finnish users when finnish content is shown using two different encodings. Aki Tossavainen
