I didn't recognize that distinction initially.  I closed the bug
report because I didn't see how it reported a problem that the web
team could fix.

I've removed the link to the wiki.  I agree that the links could be
improved, but because this isn't a problem that the web team can fix,
I'm leaving this bug closed.  If you'd like to have the other pages
improved, please contact debian-amd64@lists.debian.org.
