But as I stated (unfortunately you removed b))

http://packages.qa.debian.org/l/lusernet.html

returns a blank page.  So instead of closing IMHO the page should
return something sensible (e.g., a 404), and then this bug (but that
is of course up to your discretion) should be changed to severity
wishlist for including some note on the bugs page that the package is
no longer in the archive (maybe with a link to the page you
referenced).
