It was /not/ closed without comment. Admittedly the comment is only in the
subject header of the mail to -done, but it provides the answer to all of
your other questions.

This is due to the fact that the package doesn't exist any more (c.f.
earlier comment about the subject of the mail to -done). This is also the
reason that the bug report you quoted says `Maintainer for lusernet is
(unknown)'. Many of the gnustep packages were renamed to add `.app' to their
names, including lusernet.

Hence the subject of the mail to 289601-done:

    Subject: lusernet is no longer present and lusernet.app is fixed

http://packages.debian.org/lusernet.app works fine, as does making the
appropriate change in the PTS search and URL.

The PTS should probably be fixed to cope better with no longer existing /
renamed / merged source packages, but I'm not entirely sure what the best
way to do that would be.
