Hi!

In second item of the numbered list of section 6.1 of the german
consitution (http://www.debian.org/devel/constitution.de.html) you can
read:
"In Fällen, bei denen Entwickler miteinander vereinbare technische
Richtlinien oder Standpunkte erfüllen müssen"

That should be "vereinbarte" (missing "t").

No, technically every person can close every bug.  You could even write
a small shell script, closing every bug, and you'll become our hero :)
