jigdo files - server timeout?

Hi!
I have a question regarding the server/dir with the jigdo files:
I downloaded the testing-DVD-iso-1 about 2 days ago and today I tried to dl
the second using:
http://cdimage.debian.org/pub/cdimage-testing/dvd/jigdo-area/i386/sarge-i386-2.jigdo
but I couldn't contact the server for the file, nor directories up in the
tree. Is this somme server malfunction, or a freeze till the new iso is deployed?
