cannot create toolbar images

Howdy,

(I had to apply the attached patch to make debbar.pl work at all.)

When I try to create toolbar images for the Slovak translation, it
fails:

 ../../english/Pics/debbar.pl -fontregistry iso8859 -fontencoding 2 -words "O Debiane" -o /home/kraai/projects/debian/webwml/slovak/Pics/about.sk.gif
 debbar.pl: gimp_text: procedural database execution failed at ../../english/Pics/debbar.pl line 30 (DIE)
 make: *** [about.sk.gif] Error 255

Could someone help me make this work?
