section non-US omitted from package search criteria

At http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages#search_packages, I enter
"nvidia-kernel-common" for the keyword, choose Distribution: Any, and
Section: non-US.  I hit "Search".  The results come back with some
packages from section contrib, not non-US, and the text at the top of
the result says:

You have searched for packages that names contain nvidia-kernel-common
in all distributions, all sections, and all architectures.

So in short, the section criterion "non-US" is not being processed as
part of my query.
