Bug#284682: svn.debian.org seems to be a bit misconfigured

I would if I knew how. The nearest match I found in the BTS
pseudo-packages was www.debian.org, so I reported here.

Now that you told me, I found it at
http://alioth.debian.org/tracker/?atid=200001&group_id=1&func=browse
(not very obvious, since it's not linked anywhere in either the alioth
main page or the BTS), and found out this bug has already been reported
twice there.
