That is not correct. The link is broken if the name does not match
exactly, i.e. it is broken for everybody with non-ASCII values in the
name or for people who did not use they complete name for nm, (e.g
David B. Harris without "B. ", or Marc 'HE' Brockschmidt without the
"'HE' ".
OTOH using e-mail is not perfect either, people mnight use different
e-mail for NM and packages. - How about linking to the gpg-ID?
