I don't know, this is kind of a 'reportbug'ism (or possibly a 'bug'ism,
I can't remember ...). I certainly know people who think that putting
the package name in the subject is redundant and wastes space that could
otherwise be used for a more informative subject line, so I'm hesitant
to recommend it in the bug system's documentation.
