Hello Mikaël,
The Debian project has nothing to do with the .fr domain, the only valid
URL in France is www.fr.debian.org. I think you should contact Julien
Mellul at oxyd.fr (as shown by "whois debian.fr") about this
redirection.
BTW is there anything in Debian about other projects redirecting to
Debian web pages?
