Bug#237171: marked as done (packages.debian.org: pages should sometimes use the newest information)

The scripts now use the newest version correctly for determing the
source package name. I also use the maintainer of the newest version,
too.

I had no time to check all the packages for information that really
changed. The only ones I found had been kernel packages that have other
problems... e.g. one should take a look at
http://packages.debian.org/stable/devel/kernel-headers-2.4.17.html and
tell me how I should determine the source package there... :(
