 All weblogs use escaped html tags in their description. Might be that
you haven't taken a look at any weblog yet, but they all do.

 You can always take the dsa.XX.rdf link, which doesn't have any
description at all.

 And the document you quoted is in what sense authoritative?

 Well, and I definitely don't want the dsa-long.XX.rdf feed and break it
for those who depend on that form.
