You're right, that page is broken. The cause for this however are
broken DDTP files. It seems that some descriptions provided by the
DDTP are in iso-2022-jp and not in euc-jp (I quickly counted 10-20).
We have similar issues for German (utf-8 and latin1). This happens
because the translators can send in translations in different encodings
and sometimes mislable them.

I could try to implement encoding guessing but it would be better to fix
this at the source of the problem (i.e. the DDTP). But it seems it still
needs to be resurrected.

I will leave the bug open to remind me that I have to help in
fixing this at the DDTP. But I will probably not able to do something
about it for the next two weeks.
