Thanks for contacting us about this. However, we are already aware of
the issue. It is caused by our www-update system still being offline
after the recent server compromise. We hope to have our services back
online and up-to-date soon.
In the mean time, it's possible to read Debian Weekly news via our
debian-news mailing list, either by subscribing[1] or by reading it on
the mailing list archive[2].
