There's a link called "EntryForm" that points to
http://nm.debian.org/newnm.php
This does not work.
I don't know if this is due to the compromise, but I don't think so.
Also in the http://www.debian.org/devel/join/nm-checklist page, there
is a link to this same http://nm.debian.org/newnm.php
