Bug#223354: www.debian.org: Add additional contact infos on CD/ webpages

Problem reports on debian-cd about the debian.org/CD/ webpages seem to be
ignored regulary. We should either add more contact information to the
footer of that pages or resolving this issue with other methods.
This bug is intended as a reminder for me.
