Severity: wishlist

I'm not sure if www.debian.org or the new maintainer committee is in
charge of the page below, but I'm sending this to my best guess.

http://www.debian.org/devel/join/nm-step2.en.html tells the prospective
new maintainer how to get their key signed. It should perhaps point out
that the applicant should cross-sign their signer's key. If they get
accepted into Debian, this will strengthen the web-of-trust within the
Debian keyring. (I know it's obvious, but people sometimes overlook it.)

Adding "Remember to sign the Debian developer's key as well.
Cross-signing strengthens the web of trust." to the end of the page is
what I suggest, therefore.

If you think this should be obvious to everyone and would waste space on
the page, feel free to just close the bug. :)

While rewriting the whole nm-step2 page I also added a
note about crosssigning the developer's key.
Committet to CVS. Should be online soon.
