Version: N/A; reported 2002-08-21
Severity: minor

At http://www.debian.org/support a list of support resources can be found.
The page mentions IRC support, noting irc.debian.org as the Debian IRC
server, and #debian is suggested for support. However, this text ignores
the existance of a very large number of other channels and networks with
Debian IRC support, for instance, the quite large Debian-community on the
newly established OFTC IRC network.

Therefore, please add a section describing these other options for IRC
support for Debian.

Secondly, the irc.debian.org CNAME no longer points to the Open Projects
Network, but the Freenode IRC network.
