The WML code has been mostly cleansed of <foo bar=baz/> things which are
interpreted differently in HTML and XML; we don't use stylesheets because
nobody bothered yet. The design, or, what they called design in 1997 ;)
is for the majority of pages quite simple and it doesn't seem like they
would benefit much from that. For pages like /devel/ or /sitemap, a less
hackish (<table> abuse) implementation would be welcome.
