Severity: normal

Looking for details of the new security upload procedure on
http://security.debian.org and http://www.debian.org/devel/ (including
in the copy of the developer's refernce) I was unable to find anything
that seemed relevant. It would be desirable for there to be some
documentation of this procedure somewhere fairly obvious - there seem to
be a number of uploads happening which impy that ti's not widely known.
