Brazilian mirrors update

Hi,

There are some updates to be made in Brazilian mirrors.

http://www.debian.org/mirror/list-non-US

Has changed to:

ftp://debian.das.ufsc.br/pub/debian



The admin of this mirror is Luciano Rottava <rottava@das.ufsc.br> and he 
is trying to contact debian-br to change the links, but none of the 
developers are answering.

We are looking for a new HD so we can mirror the entire Stable tree.
