subscribe and unsubscribe

1) It would better if the average volume (number of email per day)
were added for the most used mailling list.

I've just subscribed debian-user and debian-devel yesterday
and I received ~ 120 emails. This information is relevant before
subscribing. 

2) There is a button "subscribe".
   A button "unsubscribe" could be nice too since sometimes
   users delete the welcome message.
