www.d.o itself will be moving soonish, and I'm willing to bet that at the
new location it will get hooked up to IPv6. This might be in Europe, though,
so a US mirror (I'm presuming you're over the pond) would be useful.
Well, anyway, I don't know what to tell you, mirror it using rsync through
your ssh account and see how it goes. :)
