If you want to sort it by numbers, I would suggest sorting it by the
percentage of up-to-date pages (of the total amount of translated pages).
That's the number that counts, not the total number of translated pages.


Speaking of up-to-datedness, the English "translation" has some outdated
pages, all of which are from the international directory (the Chinese,
Italian, Polish and Spanish top pages). It is the language teams'
responsibility to keep the English translation of these pages up-to-date.
