improved per-list pages

Hi,

I've added little subscription and unsubscription forms in the per-list pages
on lists.debian.org, like http://lists.debian.org/debian-announce/

I've also fiddled with the headings on those pages, to make it less
redundant, and added links to the list statistics.

So, go look and tell me if you like it :)

I was also thinking of adding a search query box but that seemed a bit too
cumbersome. Maybe some other time :)
