foldoc cgi script missing

dunno wether this is the right address or not...  At 
http://www.debian.org/MailingLists/

there is a non-working link to the foldoc-sever
<a href="http://www.foldoc.org/foldoc/foldoc.cgi?query=mailing+list";>mailing
