the bug was closed because the problem was fixed. well, it is back ;)

i think the *real* problem is that the respective directory is not part
of the webwml tree and so the wml files in it are not automatically
rebuilt. it is also suboptimal that our server chooses to deliver an
index.wml if the directory is requested.
