Um, no, it doesn't:

[joy@klecker:~/web/webwml/english/distrib]% dpkg -s grep-dctrl | grep ^Version
Version: 1.3a

We need 1.7. Woody has 1.9, according to packages.debian.org.

I also forgot to make =grep-dctrl a dependency in the makefile... but
that's obviously a smaller problem ;)
