Bug#149449: www.debian.org: wrong information at www.d.o/ports/alpha/port-status
Package: www.debian.org
Version: N/A; reported 2002-06-09
Severity: normal

hello,
There are wrong information about the dist called sid on the port-status
page of alpha port at http://www.debian.org/ports/alpha/port-status:
"Sid"
Sid (currently aka "unstable") is now in active development. Current
known goals include gcc 3.1.x, XFree86 v4.2.x, and many other major
improvements over woody. At this point, no potential release date has
been determined.
one idea could be:
"Sid"
Sid (still in development) is the unstable distribution. It is always
in development. Current known goals include gcc 3.1.x, XFree86
v4.2.x, and many other major improvements over testing. Sid will
never be released as stable.
bye
