Some Japanese pages are broken?

Hi,

Why are some Japanese translated pages broken?
For example, index.ja.html ends with like this

 klecker% tail -3 /org/www.debian.org/webwml/japanese/index.ja.html; echo
 </table>
 <!--/UdmComment-->
 <table border="0" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="0" width="100%" summar
 klecker%

Size of this page is too small than ones of other languages.

What is wrong on generating Japanese pages?
