Manuals specific to Debian
The primary Debian-specific document is the Installation Manual. Other
noteworthy Debian manuals are Debian Policy Manual, Debian Developers'
Reference, Debian New Maintainers' Guide, and others.
Maybe s/Installation Manual/Installation Manual (stable, testing)/
and link to both page may help people better. Even better, mention
Release Notes here right after this maybe even better.
