Some of the lists do offer this, yes. Please just take a look at the
<http://www.debian.org/MailingLists/subscribe> page to see which does -
those that does have the -digest listed right next to it.
If you think it would be useful to offer -digest for some more lists
you can always ask if it could be added (though I can't promise that
that wish would be fulfilled).
