Translation of Debain

I would like to reach the fine folks who do the translations for Debian.  
Specifically, the ones who translate the Social Contract page:

I'm looking to find some folks to translate the 'Open Source Definition" for 
the OSI: http://www.opensource.org/docs/definition_plain.html
